Once the designs are complete, I'll present them to you for review. We'll work together to make any necessary revisions to ensure that you're satisfied with the final outcome.

Step 04

Final Delivery

After all revisions are made, I'll provide you with the final designs in various formats. You'll have the rights to use them for your business or event as needed.

  • Do you do Social Media graphics and posting strategy?
    Yes! I can help you create your social media graphics and strategy. Message me with your needs and platforms you would like content for and I can provide you with a proposal.
  • Custom Design Process
    I aim to have your proof to you within 3 business days after payment is made and all design information is received. Due to high work volumes this timeline may change. Please reach out for exact turnaround times. Please note logo work may take longer. Please review proof(s) carefully. Once proof is approved any errors will be charged a revision fee based on the scope of work needed. Please reply to proof within 14 days of receipt. Proofs will be emailed to the email provided by the client. If no response is received in that time frame designer will consider the project complete at that stage. If the client would like to continue the design process after the 14 days a revision fee or 60% of the original cost will apply.
  • Can you help with branding if I already have a logo?
    Yes, I can create a branding strategy using you existing logo. If you have a logo and branding strategy but just need a refresh, I can do that as well. Just sent me a message with details and I can get you a design quote.
  • Do you do custom projects?
    Need a custom order? No problem! Please contact me with details of your project, and I will be more than happy to create something special, just for you! Be as detailed as possible and we will be in touch with a design quote. If you need printing please included that in your request.
  • Will I have an opportunity to make revisions to the design
    Absolutely. I always included revisions with design work. The number of revisions included will vary by product. Please message me with your project and I can give you specific details on revisions.
  • Logo Design Process
    Client will receive 2 logo proofs within 5 14 business days after purchase and design details are received. Client will choose 1 design to continue the revision process if needed. If client is unhappy with the 2 proofs project may be cancelled at this point and client will receive a 60% refund of purchase price. Client has 14 days to review proofs and respond to Heather Wallace Designs. If no communication is received after the 14 day period project will be considered complete. If client would like to continue the design process after the 14 days a revision fee or 60% of the original cost to continue the design work. Once final proof(s) are approved client will receive final files within 3 business days.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
